[Noisebridge-discuss] Company offsite at Noisebridge

Sorry I have my email frequency set to daily digest and did not see the
questions. I have not planned anything, just wanted to make sure no one has
problems with a company off site at Noisebridge before I start putting work
into this.

It would only be one day and I'm not sure how many hours or which hours (I
think this is up to us and what material we end up planning for it). It
would be 2-3 months from now.

They said 8-30 people depending on what we can accommodate and I know they
want a laser training to be part of it.

I don't know what their expectations are of things working (though the
person who asked is a member of NYC Resistor and knows a bit about
Noisebridge history). I'm sure we can manage those expectations with good
communication. I would also prefer that they don't expect privacy and being
able to talk about confidential company information because it's a public
space and other people should be able to use the space while the company
people are there.

Kevin and Jim: do you have any specific qualms related to these questions?
My intention is to understand if the Noisebridge​ community would not be ok
with a company at Noisebridge before I start planning. Is it alright so
long as other people can still use the space at the same time?
