[Noisebridge-discuss] Proposed Consensus Item: Hire Scandiuzzi Krebs for more fundraising work

Does anyone have significant objectives to hiring S|K for more fundraising
work? We would benefit greatly from having them as our professional
fundraising team, given that we've never done this before and they have a
good track record both with us already and with non-profit fundraising more
generally.

The cost would be approximately $29,000 which is within our budget, given
that we recently got a significant donation of $100,000, which brings our
total cash reserves to about $200,000.

I'd like to invite people's objections now, before I bring this to a
meeting as a consensus item.
