POSITION TITLE: Temporary Editor
DEPARTMENT: Post Production
SUPERVISOR TITLE: Post Production Manager
FLSA: NON-EXEMPT

JOB OBJECTIVE: Edit video and audio for all websites.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

*     Communicate closely with Directors and Post Production Coordinator
to determine best editing decisions.

*     Edit special projects (such as shoots with storylines, locations,
etc.).

*     Take screen-grabs of shoots as needed.


ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Education and Experience:
*     BA degree or equivalent job experience in the video industry.

*     Minimum 2 years working with Final Cut Studio.

*     Advanced editing experience.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
*     Ability to work and communicate well with other creative personnel.

*     Ability to multi-task and perform under tight deadlines.

*     Be able to learn and adapt quickly.

*     Excel at paying attention to detail while also working quickly.


Preferred Qualifications:
*     Experience editing adult content.

*     Familiarity with basic animation and keyframing.

*     Understanding of basic sound mixing and editing practices.
