[Rack] request for an rj45 connection to a NB LAN

   our topology: linksys set to 192.168.173.1 serving 
192.168.173.0 ; two 1U boxes with static IPs 
192.168.173.{20,44} ; two switches in the turing 
classroom that let computers in turing join the 
192.168.173.0 LAN. 
   we want to connect the linksys uplink to 172.30.0.0 
and have it get a dhcp assigned address on the 
172.30.0.0 LAN and thereby give each of the 1U boxes 
access to the internet so's to download packages (rpms 
for one box and dpkgs for the other). 
   the purpose of the linksys and its ip address (and 
1U boxes) is to provide an isolated LAN that lets 
people who want to learn linux sys adm stuff make 
mistakes without screwing the NB LAN.
