[Rack] problems in Susan the Rack: two machines died

I agree dressing cables is important, I've tried by best to route my 
cables well but I can't speak for others.

I'm sorry, not too sure if I understood this last part right. Did the 
repair shop you took your hardware to state that the RAM and hard drive 
went bad on your machine and needs replacing, or that you're just giving 
us a quote on prices?

We have hardware at Noisebridge that can be used, like the bucket full 
of RAM and the other bucket full of hard drives.
