[Rack] Updated the gate just a slight bit

It also sucked with the generated keys which lacked the digit 9 in them.
I fixed this today, but the patch will not get into effect until next
weeks key generation as this isn't that important. The patch has been hg
up'd in /var/hg/gate though.

The patch basically allows any number of static keys to be added to the
list, so to tell different applications apart. But no difference to the
effect of using a certain key is made. This feature might be used to
tell different applications/clients using the door script apart if this
was required.

Seems I didn't catch all issues s it still complains about imerge and
inotify extensions not being available, but applying a patch with hg
merge now works, which should be enough for basic tasks.
