[Rack] power loss

I don't know about that ups in Martinez (2 people to lift each
battery?!?), but the ups is at noisebridge is shot.
A panel just cover fell off and switched off bunch of breakers,
including the rack and ups, which promptly gave out out.

The breakers were restored, it sounds like *some* machines restarted,
but if there are any that you need manually restarted, let me know
asap, I will be here at Noisebridge for a few more minutes.
