[Rack] DSL "Outage"

Hi Everyone,

The phone line somehow got disconnected from the incoming line from the
basement, near the laser-cutter room.

During the process, the line somehow got dropped out the window, and had to
be attached to string and pulled back up.

We're all good now - but should the phone cables be more secure near the
laser-cutter room?
