[Rack] Killed the encrypted wifi networks

noisebridge-wep, wpa and, wpa2 are now no more. Got tired of new folks
asking what the password is for those networks, they weren't helpful in
the first place.

While unplugging the AP from the rack it seemed like I might have
breathed wrong on the phone cable going into the DSL modem (hanging off
the side of the rack by its cables), since the LED for "DSL" turned off.
After a few minutes of giggling the phone line a little bit the link
came back.
