[Rack] Killed the encrypted wifi networks

This morning, there was some weirdness with an AP SSID 'noisebridge'
serving IPs in the range 192.168.173.x from DHCP. This may have been
an 'evil twin' type op by somebody.

I did not idenify the source by MAC address, but probably should have.
This looks suspiciously like one of the WEP/WPA/WPA2 routers
reconfigured during recent network issues, in a botched repair
attempt, that was plugged back in.

I support Rubin in killing these extra APs

Regards,
John
