[Rack] New AP network?

I thought about this a bit more.  I think we should hold off doing 
anything with the APs.  I would rather spend money on new equipment that 
supports dual-band instead of buying separate 2.4 and 5.8 stuff.

I also want to concentrate the effort on figuring out faster internet 
links.
