[Rack] Anyone managing their own mail server?

I run grey listing (on secondary), spamassassin, blacklists, etc.  Every 
couple months I have to spend and hour or two twealking something, or 
debugging a delivery problem for a user.  It was fun when I was a noob 
sysadmin, these days I just want my mail to go through and my spam to be 
minimal.
