[Rack] abnormality w noisebridge access point

Hi, just following up on some previous reports about flakiness with
the "noisebridge" ap. The symptoms I've seen are: access point stays
associated with my interface, but I cannot ping the gateway.
Reconnecting to the access point with Linux NetworkManager fixes this.

It happened once today. Last week Saturday it was happening a lot. I
plugged in the wired network (hub that Mischief put in next to the
public terminal) and I didn't have any more connectivity problems. At
some point I can try to look at the server logs, but I'm just passing
this info on in case anyone else is looking at it.
