[Rack] abnormality w noisebridge access point

I would also add, there appear to be two access points calling
themselves "noisebridge":

Jun  3 19:48:44 barony NetworkManager[734]: <info> (wlan0): supplicant
connection state:  associating -> associated

connection state:  associated -> completed

from BSSID 00:1F:41:16:3E:08 (noisebridge) to 00:13:80:24:AA:80
(noisebridge)
