[Rack] sudo access/ password reset

I wanted to set up an iphone user account on pony to interact with the
noisebridge iPhone app that I am building.

The problem is that I don't know my password for ryan at pony  to gain sudo
access to create the account.

can one of you kind fellows reset my password so I can gain sudo access, or
give me privileges if I don't already have them.
