[Rack] new list request

Hi There!  I'm wondering we can create a new list:

    * list name: noisebridge-mutualaid
    * email addy of list owner:  dmhomee at gmail.com
    * description:  Noisebridgers helping each other out - use this list
for couch surfing for out of town visitors, equipment exchange, job and
housing help, etc.
