[Rack] internet down

If it helps, I was looking around for an Ethernet cable to use for my class at around that time. I disconnected a long Cat5+power cable from the large splitter above the server room, but it wasn't connected to anything on the other end. I brought it over to Turing and plugged it into drop #14, then #13 when it didn't seem to work.




There's a chance I could have nudged neighboring cables while removing it, but I don't remember doing so. Pretty sure that removing an unused cable wouldn't affect much.
