[Rack] internet down

[Adam Fritzler]

I remember the switches having specific port-VLAN configs, is that
still true? Did everything get plugged back into the right vlans?

I'll try to get over there today or tomorrow (I don't really want to
futz around on the roof in the rain, so tomorrow is more likely).
