[Rack] Simplifying wifi

I propose these changes to the wifi networks available in the space...

SSID: Noisebridge - 2.4 gHz and 5 gHz radios
SSID: Noisebridge 5g - 5 gHz radio only

I would remove all other wifi names. No WPA network because it's
pointless and gives a false sense of security. It also gives an inch to
paranoid conspiracy people that think the elites of Noisebridge who know
the password can get "better" internet.

If a special VLAN network is need, I would recommend hiding the SSID.
It's not so much for security but to prevent user confusion.

Currently both APs are functioning normally. The one in Church was in
"locate me" mode which caused it to blink forever, I've turned that off.

I was going to offer to donate another UAP-PRO to the space, but after
looking over the usage graphs for the past few months it seems like the
peak usage is somewhere around 50 clients, which these two devices can
handle just fine. I would install a new device if we were looking at
over 60 clients each.
