[Rack] Current network setup? Network wiki page?

The idea with the Chromeboxes would be machines that...

1. Just work
2. Provide an immense amount of security to the end user for being just
an internet terminal.
3. Can be attached and secured to displays, which in turn can be secured
to a desk.
4. Don't get hacked on.

Machines are cheap, if you really want to hack on a Chromebox (and yes
they are nice hardware to hack), cool, but I would appreciate if folks
left the ones setup to be specifically for internet kiosks alone and not
hacked up.

And yes, I wouldn't be getting these until well after the dust from this
build out has settled.
