I say stick with the blueprints that Jarod did up. By default, I would
wait until things settle down to begin reestablishing terminals. My
leaning is towards the old library space, right next to the network hub.

Damn! That's great. I went to an FPGA workshop at Tor Camp where the
instructor handed out chromeboxes and a Linux Live USB stick. All
dependencies installed to start flashing the chip. I thought it went
really well. Hence, I was just discussing Chromebooks and classes at
Noisebridge with PyClass instructors last week. Having something like a
functional computer lab for classes to leverage might be nice.

I set the collaboration station apart from a standard internet terminal
only because it has a larger screen, 2GB RAM, a dual core CPU... Nothing
too special, besides a screen that we don't have to all hunch over.
Though, some day it would be fun to revive the biodesile powered
supercomputer. I have only tale and seen pictures.
