[Rack] Current network setup? Network wiki page?

Which UPS are you talking about?  The 4U or the 2U?
What's the state of the 2U black APC?  That unit was brand new, except the 
batteries not more than a year or two old.  Possibly needs new batteries 
by now.  These types of UPS units need new batteries every 2-3 years.
