[Rack] Moar internet issues, please don't unplug things damn it

Rayc/Robert unplugged the router today again, which fired out emails to
a few of us. He stated the internet wasn't working and he thought the
router was overheating. I just got back from the space and can confirm
the issues are related to jankyness coming from Monkeybrains and nothing
we can fix. The router and much of the gear in the closet for making the
internet happen can tolerate our blisteringly hot San Francisco summers
and beyond.

So a few things...

1. Please don't unplug shit in the network rack, try to email this list
first through your phone. If you unplug a thing, we will know and wonder
why the fuck that's happening. It's annoying. I'm looking at you Rayc.

2. If you fuck with the network, you need to email this list and let us
know what you did and why so we all can *work together* to resolve the
issue and not have it happen again.

3. The Monkeybrains link is acting up again, I would highly implore the
group to keep and restore the Sonic DSL link so we can have proper load
balancing and fail over.
