Thanks Rubin for doing this.  Although I will miss having separate 
external IPs for pony, minotaur, default NAT, etc.  Maybe we can 
re-upgrade to the 4 static IP plan.

FYI, we have our line configured for Annex M[0] mode.  This gives us 
~16mpbs down/~3mbps up.  This is configurable from the modem.
