[Rack] Ethernet jacks not working

Hi, Rack.

Port 29 (the cat5 drop in the dirty shop for the CNC machine) is not lighting 
up. I forgot my key in Oaklandia today but if someone with a key is around and 
able to fix it that'd be fab <3

I think I heard that some of the other ports in the space got messed up in the 
move to the chibi rack? If thats the case, I'd be down for a group cat5 
debugging session.
