[Rack] Ethernet jacks not working

Jof and I spent some time today testing out all off the wall mounted
jacks in the space. Most are slightly fucked, a few are really fucked
(like the RFID reader drop and Turing). We'll spend some time tomorrow
fixing them.

In the process of testing we went through and labeled all the exposed
columns with letters to make it a little easier to communicate where to
find something.
