[Rack] Ethernet jacks not working

All ethernet wall mount jacks should work now and are plumbed into the
switch.

The pin headers on the Monoprice wall jacks are a little wonky and
required brown and brown white to be reversed. If you plan to install a
jack in the future please take a look at one that already exists and
copy the pin layout. The pin layout on the patch panel is as labeled.

Also please please please if you're planning to repaint a wall or
column, tape off the jacks really well. Two of the jacks were destroyed
due to paint dribbling inside them and gunking up the port. Those have
been replaced.
