[Rack] noisebridge.net now uses Let's Encrypt!

hey folks,

ahead of the old www.noisebridge.net certificate expiring later this
month I've just switched noisebridge.net over to using Let's Encrypt
certificates.

we have a certificate which covers
 - noisebridge.net
 - www.noisebridge.net
 - lists.noisebridge.net

if you notice anything that's broken please reply to the thread to LMK.
