Welcome to the Redshirts mailing list.  The Shift Report thing I sent out
last night should go here now.

If you want off the list let me know, or just remove yourself with the
unsubscribe instructions you should have gotten.

So, because it's easy to follow along without being subscribed, I'm
intending to be a little picky about who gets to be in on the list; if you
are on the list, I sort of expect that you want to actively participate in
the Redshirt initiative; if you don't, maybe you want to read along from
the archive.

I set the list to require approval before someone can subscribe, so if you
get someone to sign up don't be surprised if it takes a bit for the
subscription to go through.
