[Sem] I want to use the SEM

An easy method to isolate from vibration that I used for ultramicrotomes 
is to put the instrument on a heavy slab eg. soapstone or granite that 
is resting on a 3/4 inflated inner tube. I think I used a tube designed 
for small airplane tires.
