That's a problem :( means there might not be a lot of point doing the
drive around. We were having trouble even picking up a clear sent
packet inside NB, but didn't know whether that was a send side or
receive side problem - the fact that we weren't seeing any other APRS
packets suggested receive problems, but could well have been both :(

We're going to grab food now, but will return shortly to bang on it again.
