I emailed the guy I know that's helping organize YNBA and got this response:

"I sent your email to Andy at Lumatech, he is the lead organizer. If you
don't hear from him in a few days, let me know and I will keep on him. It
sounds awesome to have Noisebridge there.

Kevin"

I'll let you know if I hear anything from my end!

Also, I'll try to email the Hackerspaces In Space people today to see if I
can squeeze us getting registered into the competition late.
