[Space] HAM licenses

Citation needed. :)

Do you have a reference?  I can't find information on any education 
sessions for any of the exams except for the SF ham cram (which next 
happens in mid-april, http://wcf.com/aero/exams/).

It also seems a bit implausable, seeing as the ham cram has 5 hours of 
study.  With the same amount of study time (to accomidate for the 
untechnically inclined), that would put the Fremont exam tomorrow starting 
the study session at 4am for a 9am exam time.
