[Space] HAM licenses

Yeah, Chris is planning on getting his license tomorrow at 10:30 in
Sunnyvale.  It seems that hams are characteristically bad about posting
their schedules online.  I can pick up dates and times for people who are
looking to get their stuff.  If you want to study and take a regular test,
that's wise, but if you want a license and to pick up the details later, you
can do a ham cram.
