[Tastebridge] Reminder: Message limit sizes

As a reminder, the tastebridge list has some automatic features. But, once
in a while a human has to jump in and intervene.

Recently, there have been messages not getting through because the email is
too large. The list complains, "Your message was too big; please trim it to
less than 40 KB in size."

The way to avoid this (and to avoid an interruption in the communication
process), is to put photos on websites and send links instead of sending the
photos directly through the email.

Please remember that a human is involved (and volunteers time) whenever we
forget about the basic constraints of the list. Keeping this automated is
good (as things keep working for everyone and you don't have to wait for a
human to intervene).
