[Toorcamp] 83c -> Toorcamp caravan

3AM was what Ryan said, IIRC.

So basically meet up at 83c Tuesday, chill for the eve, nap a couple
hours, and set off. Hopefully to get there in time to set up camp
before dark.... if we're lucky.

I'd suggest that everyone going to drive should come by Tuesday eve
prepped to go, and we coordinate and distribute comm equipment / info
there.
