[tor] Alternative payment methods

Because it potentially creates a lot more work for me to import the
backlogged transactions? Also it might be a waste of effort if we don't
support that payment method in the new system (for reasons I can't
anticipate, but it's quite possible). I tend to prioritize effectiveness of
effort over adding payment methods *right now*. Noisebridge has had these
payment methods for a long time and I don't think another month or two is
going to ruin anything.

If you want to *do something* right now you could help me and the other
treasury folks. That would lead to more electronic payment methods. If you
want the tor project to have additional payment options than paypal, you can
try to integrate our other existing options: wells fargo transfers, square,
and cash. I can tell you what we would need on the bookkeeping end to track
the earmarking. It's pretty simple at this point. You could also implement a
system to faclitate direct bank transfers. That could be pretty easy
actually. You would have to work with me on it.
