Hi Carol,

Hope things are going well. Thanks again for all your help with the
501c3 application. I think Mitch told you: we received the
determination letter from the IRS stating that Noisebridge is now a
501c3 tax-exempt organization, retroactive to October 2008!

We are now looking for a larger space to move into. We've found a
potential space at 2169 Mission, but we have some questions about our
requirements to bring it up to ADA compliance, given that we hold
events open to the general public. This would also affect other
potential spaces for us to rent.

I'd like to introduce you to Alex. Alex is a Noisebridge member who's
graciously agreed to lead the research gathering on what we need. I
believe he's already sent along some questions. Please don't hesitate
