[Build] floors

I've redone a few floors in my life. It's a ton of work, especially when
you're looking at about 5,000sf of floor. My vote would be to just leave
the floors as they are. Or perhaps do a floor area or two, depending on
the use.

That said, if the choice is to do the floors, I'll help.

I'd lay some sort of vinyl or linoleum flooring in the kitchen area to
make cleanup easier and redo the bathroom floors, of course. I wouldn't
touch any others unless people wanted to paint them or something.

If you need licensed (or unlicensed) builders, plumbers, electricians,
sheet rockers, and so on, I can find them. I've also got a decent sense
of where to buy things like cheap kitchen cabinets, windows, flooring,
tile, building materials, electrical, and so on.
