[Build] Upcoming dirty shop work for Reboot, and a need for Volunteers.

     Using an orbital floor sander will create much
less dust than using a drum sander.
     Given the need and use patterns, consider
doing a one-pass light sanding job to prepare
the floor surface for one or two more top coats.
