[Noisebridge-congress] GSM cards in germany

So an update on some O2 tips N tricks.

I was able to buy refil packs from a Relay shop in the airport.  They just 
print out a code you dial *103*CODE# and it fills up your account.

Then you need to SMS a code to 5667 to start a data plan.

10 Euro - 300MB "START INETM" - then it will ask you reply with "JA INETM"
15 Euro - 1GB "START INETSPEZIAL" - (again with the reply to confirm)

You can also dial some more codes to check your account:
*100# - account status main menu
*104# - Data pack menu

Supposedly you can activate the packs from *104#, but it failed to work 
for me.
