[Noisebridge-congress] The great what thing should we use to chat during Congress thread

So I was hopeful that some discussion would happen here regarding what
those of us wanting to be part of a group chat thing would want to use for
32C3. I'm happy to try other tools (honestly LINE looks slightly
promising), at the same time I'm happy to just continue using Hangouts. But
above all else it would be great if we talked about our feelings here.
