[ml] pre-meetup readings on SVMs

Hey everyone,

Looking forward to meeting up tomorrow night. I'm going
to give a short introduction to the math behind support
vector machines (I am no expert here for sure so I'll keep
it straightforward). Then we can work through some examples
of using SVMs.

I'm currently fooling around with libSVM and it's python
interfaces:
