Note that we NEVER planned to have the lease prior to the corporation! 
This situation is backwards and unexpected.  In retrospect we should 
have asked the landlord to wait, or discussed this issue of liability 
first.  We did this whole thing in like 3 days, and that's really the 
root of this problem.  Everything has been rushed for the past week, and 
I (as well as others) have not had time to think things through completely.

Although, that would be a completely satisfactory resolution for me, 
removing myself from the lease as an individual.  Means we have to redo 
it twice.  The landlord might allow us to do this if we insist, and she 
might possibly be available in the next few days.  Do people think this 
is a good idea, long-term, vs. waiting until the middle of next week or 
so for the incorporation to go through?
