I think it would behoove everyone who is concerned around the key 
situation and the events that circle it like a cloud to simply chill for 
a few days and let tempers cool. Let's not do or say things that will 
cause *anyone* to leave or to bear a grudge in the future.

I trust that everyone involved here has good intentions and people are 
just talking past each other, miscommunicating, and letting emotion get 
in the way of calm discourse. No one is out to jack anybody or the 
group. We should remind ourselves of this and put ourselves in someone 
else's shoes if we are in disagreement and going to reply.

I really think that some of this can be tabled until next Tuesday's 
meeting (which I will miss being out of country for two weeks) and then 
people can talk about it face to face.

Can we all agree for a moratorium, perhaps, on quitting or getting more 
annoyed or angry until people meet face to face with the whole group on 
Tuesday?
