[Noisebridge-discuss] Know C? I have a project for you this weekend

seems to me we don't all have to be in the same
room. we should, however, coordinate.

i'm assuming this C program will have a main
that calls a set of functions, to some extent in
sequential order (the opening for business
housekeeping functions followed by the in-a-loop
doing the business functions followed by the
closing down for the day functions.
within the doing business loop might be groups
of functions relating to various user tasks such
as getting mail, reading a mail message, responding
to a mail message, attaching a file to a mail
message, stashing a mail message, creating new
subdirectories under the top-level mail-stash
directory....
the doc that describes in general terms what the
code should do should also, if possible (wrt
copyright and other "intellectual property"
concerns), specify the tasks that should be
implemented at the function level with the
interfaces defined: takes an int and a string
that....
hopefully the doc will also specify how the main
function should be written to call the various task
functions.
if something like this is available to us, we
could be in far away places and still negotiate
assignments (yes i'll do that, or no i don't want
to or can't do that...) and then turn in functions
for peer review--always a good thing, helps develop
a group style out of the contributions of members
as well as helps debug the stuff that debuggers
don't find.
