Noisebridge wiki has been around for some time and I have never seen
spam on it.  The assumed reason for this is that it uses SSL, or at
least spam prevention is why it's https not http.  There is no
registration hurdle nor, in fact, is registration required to edit, so
it looks like this is working.  So far.
