[Noisebridge-discuss] Burning Man iPhone App

There will be a LIMITED GSM->VOIP gateway on the playa this year.  It
should have about a one mile radius, and is part of Brad Templeton's
camp.   Access to the GSM network will require a four-digit PIN code,
and of course making calls outside of the Playa will be limited by
available bandwidth on the microwave link between the playa and BM HQ
in Gerlach.   It won't support 911 dispatch, but I think some effort
is being put into mapping 911 calls to Rangers/ESD.

Once I have more information on the process, I'll post what you'll
need to do to register your phone onto the PlayaBell network.
