Water Heater:

There are 3 water heaters in the SE corner of the basement, any of them for
the third floor, and if so, then maybe we need to just turn it on or replace
it in place?


Kitchen stuff:

I believe we have a 32 inch consumer range / oven being donated to the
space.

Can we ensure the build out enables dedicated & safe circuits for a range,
dishwasher, washer, and dryer all in the same area at the SE corner area of
the space?

I imagine the range will be a 220VAC 30A, requiring a new dedicated run
unless the right gauge is already installed.
Will the other devices require more than 3 more dedicated 110A 20A
circuits?  The dishwasher is at 83c (its a small one, actually). and the
washer and dryer are prospective donations I was told about last week.
