[Noisebridge-discuss] grant writing

What are the reporting and other requirements?  In my experience, grants
come with strings, which is fine; but it means someone at NB will have
to be attached to the strings.  NB the organization has no means of
managing grant compliance.  If you will commit to fulfilling all of the
requirements, should we get the grant, that's great, do your best to get it.
